Return Policy

At My Pet Haven, your satisfaction — and your pet's wellbeing — is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all pets, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Food, treats, and edible supplements (including calming chews)
  • Grooming and hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at customerservice@mypethavenstore.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
