At My Pet Haven, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address].

Non-Returnable Items For the health and safety of pets, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
  • Live animals or insects
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
