Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international or Canada shipping at this time.

Are your hemp products legal?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible unused items. Opened food, treats, and supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Please email us at customerservice@mypethavenstore.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away.

How do I cancel or change my order?
